2010 marks the 30th anniversary of Roadrunner Records, and as we close out the year in celebration, we’re looking back on the last three decades with a little help from our friends.
Founded in 1980 in Holland to export albums from the US to Europe, it wasn’t until 1986 that Roadrunner opened a New York office and began to release burgeoning bands stateside. With such a broad history jam-packed with so many influential artists, we’re turning it over to Slipknot,Murderdolls and now Rob Zombie drummer Joey Jordison to help us recount the past by answering some quick questions survey-style.
